Shipment & Delivery Policy

 Thank you for visiting and shopping at ALC Technologies. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time:

 All orders are processed within the next 3 working day from the order date. If your purchased amount of goods is more than $500, and delivery address falls within the Singapore island, then you are entitled to FOC delivery from ALC Technologies.

In case the purchase doesn’t fall in the above bracket, then your goods needs to be delivered through ALC Standard Delivery or you might need to Self-collect from our Store.

Please take note During public holidays the shipment might be delayed by a few days.

Delivery will only be processed upon receipt of full payment for the purchased goods. In case the payment is delayed, the above scheduled shipment date will not be followed and instead it shall be counted from the date of payment received.

 Delivery Terms:

When the delivery provider receives your order, and is ready to schedule a delivery date, they will attempt to contact you either at the telephone number or through your email that you provided in your order. At that time, you will get to know the date of delivery at your specified location. 

The delivery provider will call you prior to the scheduled delivery and will provide you with an approximate time span for the delivery.

Delivery Receipt:

Please make sure that either you or your representative is present to receive your purchased goods at the agreed upon date and time span. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order.

You or your appointed representative is requested to check all purchased goods before accepting delivery. You are required to chop/ sign the Delivery Order note, once you receive your purchased goods.

Once the goods are received and accepted, neither we, or our delivery person shall be responsible for goods lost / altered / damaged, in case you arrange for a representative to receive the purchased goods on your behalf.

 Damages and Claims:

We at ALC believe in providing the best quality goods to our Customers and try our best to deliver them in perfect condition. However, in case of any unforeseen event issues with your purchases, you are requested to contact our representatives immediately within the next 48 hours. Unfortunately, failing to report within the given time frame above, we shall not be able to fulfil your claims for the damaged/ lost goods.

Please be informed that, you are required to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

ALC Technologies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
